1. このサイトについて
Fun Fan blockia（以下「本サイト」）は、4th Branch（以下「運営」）が提供する、blockiaで作った作品を楽しむコミュニティサイトです。本規約は本サイトの利用に適用されます。ゲーム本体や外部サービスには、それぞれの利用条件が適用されます。利用料は無料ですが、通信費等は利用者の負担となります。
投稿前に、本規約の内容をご確認ください。未成年の方は、法定代理人の同意を得て利用してください。
2. 公開範囲と管理
本サイトのギャラリーは、ログインなしで誰でも閲覧できます。投稿した画像・タイトル・ひとこと・表示名は、インターネット上で一般公開されます。返信先メールアドレス、通報内容、お問い合わせ内容は一般公開されません。
投稿にアカウント登録やログインは不要です。ブラウザを識別するCookieで投稿回数を管理します。Cookieの削除や別のブラウザでは、同一人物を厳密には識別できません。不正利用防止のため、IPアドレスを秘密鍵付きの値に変換し、投稿間隔・件数等の制限にも利用します。
投稿の削除・復元と運営管理は管理者が行います。修正や削除を希望する場合は、作品を特定できる情報を添えてお問い合わせください。管理者のアカウントや確認コードは他人に使わせないでください。本名を表示名にする必要はありません。
3. 投稿できるもの
自分がblockiaで制作した作品を、自分で撮影・キャプチャーした画像を投稿してください。他の人の作品・キャラクター・素材等が含まれる場合は、必要な許可を得るなど、第三者の権利を侵害しないことを確認してください。
画像は1投稿につき1枚です。文字数、容量、投稿間隔・件数等には制限があります。現在の条件は投稿画面に表示します。元の画像や文章は、ご自身でも保管してください。
4. 作品の権利と運営による利用
投稿画像・文章・作品に関する権利は、創作部分の投稿者その他の正当な権利者に留保されます。ゲーム本体や既存の素材に関する権利は、それぞれの権利者に帰属します。本規約は、投稿者に著作権の放棄や運営への譲渡を求めるものではありません。
投稿者は運営に、本サイトの提供・保守・復旧に必要な範囲で、投稿内容を無償・非独占的に保存、複製、表示、配信し、表示用のサイズ調整や画像の付加情報の除去を行うことを許可します。必要な範囲で、運営が利用する保存・配信等の事業者に処理を委託します。
運営は、blockiaや本サイトの紹介・宣伝を目的として、投稿画像を公式サイト、公式SNS、広告などに掲載する場合があります。投稿者は、この目的の範囲で、運営が投稿画像を無償・非独占的に利用することを許可するものとします。
掲載に必要なサイズ・形式の変更やトリミングを行う場合がありますが、作品の趣旨を損なう加工は行いません。掲載時は、原則として投稿時のニックネームを表示します。
本サイトの運営と上記の紹介・宣伝以外の目的では利用しません。画像自体の販売や、無関係な商品・サービスの宣伝には使いません。保存・配信や宣伝制作を外部の事業者に委託する場合も、必要な範囲に限って取り扱わせます。
5. ほかの人の作品を楽しむとき
ほかの人の投稿画像や文章を、必要な許可なく転載・再配布することは禁止します。ほかの人の投稿や作品を、自分が投稿・制作したものと偽って紹介する行為（自作発言）も禁止します。ただし、法令で認められる引用や私的使用等を妨げるものではありません。
ほかの人の作品のアイデア・配色・構成・組み方などを参考にして、自分で作品を作ることは歓迎します。参考にして自分で制作・撮影した作品を投稿できます。ほかの人の投稿画像をそのまま使ったり、画像を加工して自分の作品であるかのように見せたりすることはできません。第三者の権利を侵害する利用を許可するものではありません。
6. 禁止する行為と通報
権利侵害、個人情報やプライバシーの侵害、なりすまし、嫌がらせ、差別や脅迫、違法な内容、悪意のある虚偽の通報、スパムや大量投稿、不正アクセス、制限の回避、サービスの妨害を禁止します。
問題のある投稿は、作品詳細の「作品を通報」から知らせてください。通報理由やブラウザ識別情報は一般公開せず、運営が確認します。通報の件数だけで自動的に作品を削除することはありません。権利者など、ログインできない方は下記窓口へご連絡ください。
7. 削除・利用制限とデータの保存
運営は、規約違反がある場合、権利侵害等の申告に合理的な根拠がある場合、または安全な運営のため必要な場合に、投稿の非表示・削除や利用の制限を行うことがあります。誤った対応だと思う場合は、下記窓口にご連絡ください。
削除した投稿は、削除から30日間に限り管理者が復元できます。30日経過後は復元できなくなり、投稿画像・文章等を復元用データと運営が管理するバックアップから順次削除します。本サイトの保守・復旧に必要な利用許可は、その保管に必要な範囲で続きます。完全な削除を希望する場合は下記窓口へご連絡ください。法令上の義務や不正調査等のため必要な範囲を除き、保管の必要がなくなった情報を適切に削除します。
本サイトの運営を終了した場合は、投稿画像を、復元用データやバックアップを含む運営の保存領域から順次削除します。運営が管理する紹介・宣伝用の掲載も、可能な範囲で終了・削除します。法令上の保存義務や紛争への対応などのために保管が必要な場合は、その目的と期間に限って保管し、必要がなくなり次第削除します。
第三者が保存・転載した画像など、運営が管理できないコピーの削除までは保証できません。投稿したデータが永久に保存されるわけではないため、元の画像や作品データは、ご自身でも保管してください。
8. 個人情報等の取り扱い
運営は、ブラウザ識別子、投稿内容、通報内容、お問い合わせ内容・返信先メールアドレス、管理者認証情報、操作履歴等を、本サイトの提供、投稿・通報への対応、不正利用の防止、障害対応、お問い合わせ対応のために扱います。表示名はギャラリーに表示されますが、メールアドレスやブラウザ識別子をギャラリーに公開することはありません。
認証・保存・配信・通知等にはCloudflare等の外部サービスを利用します。お問い合わせ内容と入力された返信先メールアドレスは運営のメール窓口へ送信します。法令に基づく場合などを除き、必要な委託の範囲を超えて個人情報を本人の同意なく第三者へ提供しません。
画像の保存時には位置情報・撮影日時・機種名等の付加情報を除去します。ただし、画像に写り込んだ顔・住所・名前等は自動で消えません。投稿前にご自身で確認してください。
ブラウザ識別Cookieは30日間有効です。IPに基づく頻度制限の情報は原則1日、投稿時のネットワーク別集計は原則30日間で整理します。アプリ内の操作履歴は原則30日間・最大2,000件を保持します。投稿、通報、お問い合わせ、復元用データはサービス提供・安全管理等に必要な期間保持します。言語・お気に入り・前回の表示名は端末内に保存します。情報の開示・訂正・利用停止・削除等のご相談は下記窓口へご連絡ください。
9. サービスの変更・責任
運営は、保守、障害、安全対策等により、本サイトの一部または全部を変更・停止・終了する場合があります。重要な変更や終了は、緊急の場合を除き、可能な範囲で事前に案内します。常時利用できることや、投稿データが永久に保存されることを保証するものではありません。
本サイトの利用に関する運営の責任は、適用される法令に従います。本規約は、運営の故意・重大な過失による責任や、消費者保護法令等によって制限・免除できない責任を免除するものではありません。
10. 規約の変更・準拠法・お問い合わせ
本規約を変更する場合は、変更内容と適用開始日を本サイト等で事前に案内し、法令上必要な場合は改めて同意を得ます。投稿の宣伝利用や公開範囲を広げる許可を、規約変更だけで自動的に得たものとは扱いません。
本規約の準拠法は日本法とします。ただし、利用者に適用される強行的な消費者保護法令上の権利を妨げません。

1. About this site
Fun Fan blockia (the “Site”) is a community gallery for creations made with blockia, operated by 4th Branch (the “Operator”). These terms apply to the Site. The game and external services have their own terms. The Site is free to use; you are responsible for your connection costs.
Please read these terms before posting. If you are a minor, obtain consent from your parent or legal guardian.
2. Public visibility and administration
Anyone may view the gallery without signing in. Posted images, titles, captions and display names are publicly visible on the Internet. Reply email addresses, reports and enquiries are not public.
No account or sign-in is needed to post. A cookie identifies the browser for posting limits. Clearing cookies or using another browser prevents strict identification of the same person. To prevent abuse, IP addresses are converted to keyed values and used for interval and usage limits.
Administrators manage deletion, restoration and site administration. Contact the team with enough information to identify a post if you need it changed or removed. Administrators must not share accounts or verification codes. A nickname is sufficient for a display name.
3. What you may post
Post your own photographs or captures of creations you have made in blockia. If your submission includes another person’s work, character or other material, obtain any required permission and ensure that you do not infringe third-party rights.
Each post accepts one image. Character, file-size, interval and daily limits apply as shown in the posting form. Keep your own copies of your original files and text.
4. Rights and use by the Operator
Rights in submitted images, text and creations remain with the contributor for their creative contributions, or with the other rightful rights holders. Existing game content and assets remain subject to their respective rights. These terms do not require contributors to waive copyright or transfer it to the Operator.
You give the Operator non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, copy, display and transmit your submission only as necessary to provide, maintain and recover the Site. This includes display-size adjustments and removal of image metadata. The Operator may use storage and delivery providers for these necessary tasks.
The Operator may feature submitted images on official websites, official social-media accounts, advertisements and similar media to introduce or promote blockia and the Site. You grant the Operator non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use your submitted images for these purposes.
Images may be resized, reformatted or cropped as needed for publication, without altering the meaning of the creation. Your posting nickname will normally be credited.
Submissions will not be used for purposes other than operating the Site and the introduction or promotion described above. Images will not be sold as standalone items or used to promote unrelated products or services. Storage, delivery and promotional-production providers may process them only to the extent needed for those tasks.
5. Enjoying other members’ creations
Do not repost or redistribute another contributor’s submitted images or text without any required permission. Do not falsely claim that another person’s post or creation is your own. This rule does not restrict quotations, private use or other uses permitted by applicable law.
You are welcome to use ideas, colors, composition and building methods from other creations as inspiration for your own work, and to post images you take of creations you make yourself. Do not reuse another person’s posted image, or edit it to present it as your own work. This is not permission to infringe third-party rights.
6. Prohibited conduct and reports
Do not infringe rights or privacy, impersonate others, harass, discriminate, threaten, post illegal material, submit malicious false reports, spam, mass-post, gain unauthorized access, bypass limits or disrupt the service.
Use “Report creation” in the creation details to report a problem. Report details and reporter identity are not made public; the Operator reviews them. Report counts alone do not automatically remove a creation. Rights holders and others who cannot sign in can contact the address below.
7. Removal, restrictions and retention
The Operator may hide or remove posts or restrict access when there is a violation, a reasonably supported rights complaint, or a need to maintain safe operation. Contact the Operator if you believe an action was mistaken.
Administrators can restore a deleted post for 30 days after deletion. After 30 days, restoration is no longer available, and submitted images and text are deleted progressively from recovery storage and backups managed by the Operator. Permission needed for maintenance and recovery continues only to the extent necessary for that retention. Contact the Operator to request complete deletion. Information no longer needed will be deleted appropriately, except where retention is necessary for legal obligations, abuse investigations or similar legitimate purposes.
If the Site closes, submitted images will be deleted progressively from storage controlled by the Operator, including recovery data and backups. Promotional placements controlled by the Operator will also be ended or removed where possible. Data that must be retained for legal obligations, disputes or similar needs will be kept only for that purpose and period and deleted when no longer needed.
Removal of copies saved or reposted by third parties outside the Operator’s control cannot be guaranteed. Posts are not stored permanently; keep your own original images and creation data.
8. Personal information and other data
The Operator processes browser identifiers, posts, reports, enquiries and reply email addresses, administrator authentication data and operation logs to provide the Site, handle submissions, prevent abuse, resolve faults and respond to enquiries. Display names appear in the gallery; email addresses and browser identifiers do not.
Cloudflare and other providers support authentication, storage, delivery and notifications. Enquiry content and the reply email entered by the sender are sent to the Operator’s mailbox. Personal information is not shared beyond necessary service-provider processing without consent, except where permitted by law.
Location, capture date, camera model and similar image metadata are removed on storage. Faces, addresses and names visible in the image are not automatically removed. Review images before posting.
The browser identifier cookie lasts 30 days. IP-based rate counters are normally cleaned after one day, and network posting records after 30 days. Application operation logs are normally retained for 30 days, up to 2,000 entries. Posts, reports, enquiries and recovery data are kept as necessary for service and safety. Language, favorites and the previous display name are saved on the device. Contact the Operator about data access, correction, restricted use or deletion.
9. Service changes and responsibility
Maintenance, faults or safety needs may require changes, suspension or discontinuation. Important changes and discontinuation will be announced in advance where reasonably possible, except in emergencies. Continuous availability and permanent storage are not guaranteed.
The Operator’s responsibility is governed by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under consumer-protection or other applicable laws.
10. Changes, governing law and contact
Changes to these terms and their effective date will be announced in advance on the Site or through another appropriate channel. Fresh agreement will be obtained where legally required. Changes alone will not be treated as automatic permission for promotional use or wider visibility of your submissions.
Japanese law governs these terms, without limiting mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you. The Japanese text is the original; this English translation is provided for convenience.
